Who we are

This site (tcg.fishing) is operated by Astraark Pty Ltd (ABN 38 698 364 608), trading as Fisherman's Guild. Email us at hello@tcg.fishing. You can also reach us on Telegram.

These terms

By using the site or buying a Companion membership you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refunds and Cancellation policy. If you do not agree, do not use the paid app or create an account.

The free guild site

The public site is a community hub for TCG World fishing: maps, fish notes, contests, and news. You can browse most of it without an account. Signing in lets you submit reports, join contests, and keep a profile. We may change or take down pages as the game and the guild change.

TCG Companion membership

Companion is a paid Windows app that sits beside TCG World. It does not install into the game client. Founding prices are shown on the Companion page. You pay through Stripe as a subscription. The card statement and the contract are with Astraark Pty Ltd. The checkout screen may show Fisherman's Guild. That brand name does not change who the seller is.

A membership seat is bound to the TCG World name you confirm at checkout. That name is how we unlock the app for you. Do not buy a seat for someone else's name unless they asked you to.

We are not affiliated with TCG World or its publisher. Companion is an unofficial tool. If the game changes its rules or client, we may have to change Companion to match.

Accounts

Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm other players or the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or Companion to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players
• Steal or misuse another person's TCG World name or account
• Attack, overload, or reverse-engineer our systems
• Share access tokens, help bundles, or logs that are not yours
• Use the tools in a way that breaks TCG World's own rules

Live tracking after a game update

Companion reads what the game already writes to your PC so it can show your map, farm, fish, roads, and quests. After a TCG World update that live picture can break until we ship a Companion update. We treat that as a patch job, not as the membership ending. See Refunds and Cancellation for when a refund may still apply.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and the membership service up, but we do not promise unbroken access. Planned work, hosting issues, or a game update can take a tool offline for a while. We will fix what we can as soon as we can.

Intellectual property

The site design, Companion app, and our own writing and images belong to Astraark Pty Ltd or our licensors. TCG World names, places, and art belong to their owners. You keep the rights in photos and notes you submit. You give us a licence to show them on the site for the guild.

Liability

If you are in Australia, nothing in these terms limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If we fail to meet those guarantees you may have a right to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Where the law lets us limit our liability for things that are not covered by those guarantees, we are not liable for lost game progress, lost in-game items, or indirect loss. Companion is a helper beside the game. It is not a substitute for the official client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Australian courts can hear disputes about them. If a court strikes out one part, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. If a change is material we will say so on the site or by email. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
