Refunds and Cancellation

Astraark Pty Ltd, trading as Fisherman's Guild, sells TCG Companion memberships on tcg.fishing. This page is how you cancel, what you keep after you cancel, and when we refund a charge.
How to cancel
Open your Companion account and use the Stripe billing portal. That is the normal way to stop the next renewal. You can also email hello@tcg.fishing or write on Telegram if the portal will not load. Telegram is a support channel, not the refund desk.
When you cancel, you keep Companion through the period you already paid. We do not add extra days. We do not refund unused days in a period you have already been using.
Australian Consumer Law
If you are in Australia and we fail to supply the membership, or it is not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. That can include a refund, a repair, or a replacement, depending on the problem. Nothing on this page takes those rights away.
If you are outside Australia you may have extra rights under the law where you live. We will honour those where they apply.
When we refund a first charge
If the seat never unlocked because of a fault on our side (wrong name bind, a checkout we could not complete, or an invite that never arrived) we refund that first charge. Email us with the email you paid with and we will sort it.
When we do not refund
- Time you already used the live tools. If the map, farm, fish, roads, or quests worked for you, that period is used.
- A short tracking outage after a TCG World update. We patch Companion when the game changes. That wait is not, by itself, a refund for the whole period.
- A change of mind after you have been playing with Companion unlocked.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback with your bank while the membership is still live, we disable access until the dispute is closed. Talk to us first if something went wrong. It is faster than a card claim.
